Details
The Tsukuba Michi road was created in 1626 by order of the 3rd Tokugawa Shogun Iemitsu. The road starts from Hojo town and leads to Tsukuba shrine. The Tsukuba Sanroku Autumn Festival is currently being held along the road, providing a good opportunity to discover the charms of the village at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba.
If you are interested in attending, please send me your name, phone number, if you have car and how many passenger you can take. Deadline: Monday, November 1st.
If everyone can ride in cars, we will meet at Tsukuba Station's short-time parking lot (next to the bus terminal) at 9:00.
It is first-come, first-served basis, so those who cannot ride in a car will be asked to come by bicycle or bus. In that case, we will meet at the parking lot in Hojo around 9:50.
